A Taste Of What We Do
There isn't really a Rice Cracker catering menu.
Every event is a little different. We build the menu around the people, the place, and what we're excited to cook. Maybe that's passed apps, or salad and a pizza. Maybe it's a whole dinner.
We cook across the spectrum, with a Korean-American point of view and a soft spot for things that are crispy, cheesy, spicy, fresh, and unexpected. It’s somewhere between bar snacks and dinner, but always made for sharing.

Seasonal produce, seafood, meat, and composed dishes for when the occasion calls for something a little more serious. Think roasted salmon with sweet corn puree, english peas, fried garlic, and beurre blanc.
