The story

A pulped-natural Brazilian Yellow Bourbon roasted dark for espresso — body, sweetness, and the cherry-cola finish that ties the shot together. We rest the coffee 7-10 days post-roast for optimal extraction. Designed for 1:2 ratio at 92°C.
