- How does the $10 credit work?
- After your sample arrives, you have 30 days. If you start any subscription tier in that window, we automatically credit $10 to your first order. No coupon code needed.
- What's in the bag?
- One full bag of whole-bean coffee in your chosen roast — Decaf, Espresso, or our current Single Origin (right now: Panama Geisha — Hacienda La Esmeralda). One roast per order.
- Why whole bean only?
- Coffee starts losing aromatics 30 minutes after grinding, so every mail order ships whole bean. If you don't have a grinder, the Baratza Encore is the standard recommendation.
- When does it ship?
- Sample bags ship from existing roasted inventory within 1–2 business days, separate from our monthly roast cycle.
